2. Description of Service

GameServerList.net provides a platform for listing, discovering, and voting for game servers. We offer both free and premium subscription services.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• One account per person; multiple accounts are not permitted

4. Server Listings

When listing a server, you agree that:

• You own or have authorization to list the server
• All information provided is accurate and current
• The server does not promote illegal activities
• The server does not contain content that violates applicable laws

5. Voting Rules

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to vote
• Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent voting cooldowns
• Paying or incentivizing others to vote (outside of in-game rewards)
• Creating multiple accounts to vote multiple times
• Any form of vote manipulation or fraud

Violations may result in removal of your server(s) and account termination without refund.

6. Premium Subscriptions

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or as specified
• You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed:

• Illegal content or promotion of illegal activities
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Spam, malware, or phishing
• Adult/NSFW content without proper tagging
• Impersonation of other servers or individuals

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GameServerList.net. Game names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
• The accuracy of server information provided by third parties
• The quality or safety of listed game servers

10. Limitation of Liability

GameServerList.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
